General Terms and Conditions of GetShuttle-Zürich Airport Transfer

All our services are provided in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, unless modified through a written individual agreement.

1. Offers

Our offers are valid for a limited period of time, in accordance with legal provisions or specific conditions mentioned in the offer. The content is confidential and intended exclusively for individuals or legal entities directly involved. Distribution, publication, or use by third parties without written permission from GetShuttle is not permitted.

2. Prices and Orders

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes. Any reservation made through our systems (website, email, phone, or WhatsApp) is binding and constitutes a payment obligation.

3. Payments

We accept: Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, China Union Pay. Payments are securely processed through SumUp or Stripe.

Important: For cards issued in other countries, the issuing bank may apply a currency conversion fee. GetShuttle is not responsible for these charges.

Example: a card issued in the USA and used in Switzerland will be processed in CHF, but the account will be charged in USD.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or via WhatsApp message to +41 77 233 36 61 and are subject to the following conditions:

No exceptions will be granted except in proven cases of force majeure.

If the customer cancels the reservation after payment has been made, any refund due, according to the payment and cancellation policy, will be made by bank transfer to the customer's account, with bank transfer fees deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Liability

GetShuttle is not liable for delays or inability to provide the service caused by unpredictable traffic, severe weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We undertake to inform the customer promptly and to propose reasonable solutions where possible.

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be made immediately after receiving the SumUp or Stripe payment link. For bookings made at least 10 days in advance, bank transfer is available upon request (IBAN will be provided). We reserve the right to request an alternative payment method if the chosen one is invalid. It is not permitted to withhold or offset due payments with claims not expressly acknowledged in writing by GetShuttle.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Any disputes are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. We encourage amicable resolution before any legal action.

8. Airport Waiting Time

The first 60 minutes after landing are free of charge. After that: 15 CHF per 15 minutes. Customers must inform us in advance of any flight delays.

9. No-show and Customer Delays

The driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If the customer fails to appear, cannot be contacted, or is not available at the agreed location, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Customers must notify us of any delays or changes as soon as possible.

10. Special Luggage and Child Seats

50 CHF/item for special luggage (e.g., sports equipment, oversized items).

One child seat 9–18 kg is provided free of charge.

For other types (0–9 kg / 15–36 kg), a 45 CHF fee applies, only if requested at the time of booking.

11. Vehicle Suitability and Excess Luggage

If upon arrival it is found that the volume or quantity of luggage clearly exceeds the capacity of the vehicle category selected by the customer, GetShuttle may cancel the trip without refund; or at the customer's request, we may provide (subject to availability) a more suitable vehicle, treated as an emergency intervention, with all additional costs borne by the customer.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG). We do not share data with third parties without the customer's explicit consent.

These terms and conditions are drafted in good faith to ensure transparency and mutual protection. By making a reservation, the customer confirms that they have read and fully accepted this document.
